Drunk driver smashed into my parking lot!!

So last night... At 3:15 am. I was sleeping on the couch and all the sudden the apartments shook with a Big Bang! I jump up throw pants on and run outside. It was a drunk driver and his girlfriend. They were goin 40 down Hewitt and smashed right into our parked cars. I was the first one out and witnessed him to to back up (which didn't work because his BMW was completely totaled) then after realizing they weren't moving climb into the back seat. I ran over and opened the passenger door asking if they were ok he just sat there and looked over at me and said ,"hey, what's up dude"... Me, "what's up? You're parked underneath another car is what's up you jackass!" Then I looked at the passenger and she was unconscious and not moving. I opened her door and asked her if she was ok, with no response, so I put one hand under her nose and the other on her neck to make sure she wasn't dead. Then the driver jump up and put his arms around her insisting "she's fine, shes fine. Just tired!" Them proceded to try and shake her awake. ME, "hey whoa!!! whoa!!! Don't shake her, dot even move her she might have broken her neck or something! You need to back up!" Then my neighbors ran out and I told them to call 911... Fast forward through the 5 minutes of my neighbors asking what happened. The cops show up and he starts to check on everyone, and again when he goes to talk to the passenger the driver jumps up and gets between her and the cop and is holding her whispering things in her ear... Then she starts violently throwing elbows John jones style. The cop then asks him to step back. Then the officer starts to get his statement and when asked what happened and who was driving here's what response he got.

 

COP, "who was driving sir?" 

DRIVER "uhh.. Idk I was in the back"

COP "ok so you were in the back seat?"

DRIVER " uh yea I was just in the back sitting there and all the sudden bam"

COP "ok then, who was the driver? Where did he go?"

DRIVER "idk I was in the back seat"

COP "ok, I understand. I need to know who was driving and that they're ok"

DRIVER "uh yea like I said I was just in the back"

COP "so there was no driver?"

DRIVER "um yea I was just sittin in the backseat"

COP "right..."


Then the officer comes over to me and I give him the rundown and he walks away with his final words being yea this guy was definitely lying its obvious.


I could tel the second I walked up to the car they were both messed up! Turns out the girl in the passenger seat was unconscious and messed up from whatever she was on, not from the accident... Go figure. But they did arrest the guy, rightfully so and got the passenger a ride home. Then spent the next few hours trying to clean up the mess and help untangle cars! My neighbors pickup is completely totaled!! The tow truck guy had a hell of a time getting the cars apart but did a pretty good job. 


After dealing with all this I got zero sleep and called in work! Hopefully the idiot gets what he deserved, drinking is bad enough, but drinking and driving... Hopefully next time he goes through the windshield! 


Anyways that was my night ya freaks!!!

Sonic Is TERRIBLE!!! ***review***

Sonic Drive-in: so, this place has been here for years and i just realized ive never eatin there. so i was like hell why not, lets go. me and my friend get there about 8:50 pm... i ordered a double bacon with chee... we tell them our orders will be seperate. so i tell him my order, and then had to repeat it 3 more times cuz he kept reading back the wrong thing.. then my friend orders a milkshake, soda, and a order of popcorn chicken. now let me tell you, how busy they were... there was us two...and 5 other people. so they werent busy at all. we sat and waited for our pretty small order for a good 25 minutes at least. then we finally got them and the not so bright employee was trying to charge my friend $16... for two drinks and a normal size popcorn chicken?!?! i got twice as much and mine was 7.99!!! so after we sort this out i ask for some fry sauce and honey mustard. the employee replies... ok ranch and fry sauce..i said noooo.. honey mustard...he brings me my sauce and we drive h...

Podcast Update!!

wellll... im uploading episode #8 as we speak. episode 8 we have the guest Allen Garl, a former martial artist, who loves the sport of mma just as much as me. its a little late, but we sit down and talk about UFC 162 and the huge upset!!! hear our thoughts and opinions. episode 1 & 2 have been deleted, i explained why in the last post. upcoming episodes... tomorrow we have tim nolan and cece ruiz, from first and twenty six, coming on to shoot the shit, all the way from arizonaaaaa! gonna be a good one! then sometime in the upcoming week we're gonna have Jennifer Galster, the front lady and lead singer of RAGDOLL, on and we're probably gonna talk some music and band stuff, she'll let you know whats going on as far as what shows are coming up. then next sunday we have two members of the band Rozebuds, Jp Bogan and Keefe Hirtle, to share how their new band is doing, and we might even have a little bit of acoustic jamming going on! so there's whats coming up ppl...
